Safety is our top priority. Alongside technical snowboarding skills, you’ll learn critical avalanche safety, snowpack assessment, and rescue techniques. These essential skills will help you explore the backcountry with confidence, especially when venturing beyond patrolled areas.

Discover Off-Piste Terrain in Chamonix
Chamonix’s varied landscape makes it the perfect playground for your introductory freeride snowboarding Chamonix course. Much of the training takes place at Les Grands Montets, the area’s largest ski zone, featuring everything from open runs to powder bowls. Depending on conditions, you might also experience freeride skiing in neighboring resorts like Saint Gervais, Les Contamines, Verbier (Switzerland) or Courmayeur (Italy).
