ROCK CLIMBING IN CHAMONIX

Chamonix is world-famous for its vast and varied range of predominantly granite rock climbing routes, making it an unparalleled training ground for every level of climber.

Climbing with a private guide offers the benefit of personal tuition and fast progression; the programme will be planned specifically for you, so that you can focus on your objectives and achieve your goals – whatever they may be. If you are training for a particular expedition or challenge then we can devise an itinerary that will give you the best possible preparation for success.

The Chamonix valley offers easily accessible routes in beautiful places, perfect for beginners looking to make their first moves on short and relatively simple routes. We’ll take you from learning your first knot to belaying your partner on a multi-pitch route, ready to embrace all the adventures that rock climbing promises!

Experienced but intermediate climbers can sink their teeth into more challenging routes as they increase in confidence and push their skills to the next level. Chamonix classics such as Nabot Leon on Aiguille de Blaitière, Voie Rébuffat on the Eperon des Cosmiques, and the wonderful variety of the famous Envers des Aiguilles will take your breath away as you pause at the top to take in the incredible views and appreciate what you have just climbed.

Expert climbers will have the time of their lives tackling more committed technical routes such as Le Marchand de Sable or all 8 pitches of La Contamine in the company of our guides; excellent and passionate climbers who are dedicated to helping you push your limits and realise your potential.

From pure dihedrals to splitter cracks and smooth slabs, there is so much to experience while climbing the perfect red granite of the Mont Blanc Massif.

Our fully qualified and highly experienced mountain guides are all UIAGM qualified and hand-picked by us for their excellent climbing skills, enthusiasm for teaching, and thorough knowledge of the valley. Come and climb with us!
